Bio Medical Engineer Band 6
Experienced Band 6 Bio-Medical Engineer to carry out repairs and PPM's on various medical devices. Good knowledge on Infusion Pumps, ideally IVAC and Arcomed would be of great advantage.
Accommodation available if required at reasonable cost.

Medical Service Engineer (MVS) Band 6
This post requires a qualified professional Medical Service Engineer-MVS (Multi Vendor Services) capable of acting on own initiative in dealing with a variety of technical problems in the clinical area. The provision of a broad range of support services. Carry out PPM's, maintenance visits and corrective repairs as directed within main hospital site and PCT (Primary Care Trust) sites.
Applicants for the position should have proven experience over a range of medical equipment and in particular knowledge of anaesthetic and ventilation devices. Experience on Dialysis/Haemofiltration is an added advantage. Knowledge of hospital communication equipment and sound understanding of electronics.
VRCT Membership
Full UK Driving Licence required.
2 years relevant experience is required and an HNC in electronic/electrical engineering is preferred.
